Professional Pastoral
Supervision Spaces

Professional Pastoral supervision is a reflective practice commonly used in church contexts to support professional church-workers to reflect on the way they support those they serve, integrating both ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ work.

It also helps participants to reflect on their own wellbeing and personal sustainability for ministry. Many churches now require professional staff to be engaged in pastoral supervision on a regular basis.

Testimonial

"I have really appreciated my supervision sessions with Michael. For an internal processor, such as myself, I have found the thinking space he offers to be extremely valuable.

His style incorporates elements of coaching, which I have found particularly helpful to address work-related issues, and his holistic approach which recognises the interaction between the personal and the professional has also been of great benefit.

Although we live in different cities, a Zoom session works well for me and I would highly recommend his services to others."
