Professional Pastoral Supervision is a reflective practice commonly undertaken by professionals to  reflect on the way they support those they serve, as well as their own wellbeing. 

Many churches now require clergy to be engaged in professional pastoral supervision on a regular basis. Other vocations may include law, health care, academia, community services, and business leaders in many fields.
